Dynacare Tennessee Laboratory operates on the scenic campus of the University of Tennessee Medical Center at Knoxville (UTMCK). Located just across the Tennessee River from the main University of Tennessee's campus and the City of Knoxville, UTMCK is surrounded by the rolling hills and pastoral horse farm setting of the University of Tennessee agricultural farm. An access road behind the main UTMCK complex provides convenient direct access to the Dynacare Tennessee laboratories for couriers and visitors.

Dynacare Tennessee provides services to in-patients and out-patients of the 650 bed University of Tennessee Memorial Hospital as well as for laboratory outreach customers in a 100 mile radius of Knoxville in East Tennessee.
